除了建築、室內設計外，危老建築重建也是服務項目之一；特色在於蕉農對危老建築的法規和各方面實務都相當了解，收費公開透明、幫您建造理想中的家。在防水方面，蕉農對於國際上所使用的防水材料都很熟悉，依照顧客的需求使用最合適的材料。
